Axiora Careers provides exclusively digital services. All our services, including internship programs, certificates, and educational resources, are delivered electronically through our online platforms. We do not ship physical products.

2. Internship Program Access

Access to internship programs is provided as follows:

• Immediate Access: Upon successful registration, you will receive immediate access to the internship platform
• Platform URL: Access is provided through internship.axioracareers.cloud
• Login Credentials: You will receive login credentials via email within 24 hours of registration
• Project Materials: All project materials and resources are available digitally on the platform

3. Certificate Delivery

Certificates are delivered digitally:

• Digital Format: Certificates are issued in PDF format
• Delivery Method: Certificates are sent to your registered email address
• Delivery Timeline: Certificates are delivered within 7-10 business days after successful completion of assessment
• Verification: All certificates include a unique verification code
• Download Access: You can also download your certificate from your account dashboard

4. Letter of Recommendation

Letters of recommendation are provided digitally:

• Delivered via email in PDF format
• Issued within 10-15 business days after internship completion
• Available only to eligible candidates who meet performance criteria
• Can be downloaded from your account dashboard

5. Research Journal Publications

Published research papers are delivered as follows:

• Online Publication: Papers are published on journal.axioracareers.cloud
• DOI Assignment: Digital Object Identifier (DOI) is assigned upon publication
• Author Notification: Authors receive email notification when their paper is published
• Open Access: Published papers are immediately available for public access

6. Email Delivery

All digital deliveries are sent to your registered email address:

• Ensure your email address is correct and up-to-date
• Check your spam/junk folder if you don't receive our emails
• Add support@axioracareers.cloud to your contacts to ensure delivery
• Contact us immediately if you don't receive expected deliveries

7. Delivery Timelines

Standard delivery timelines for our services:

• Platform Access: Immediate to 24 hours
• Certificates: 7-10 business days after assessment completion
• Letters of Recommendation: 10-15 business days after internship completion
• Journal Publications: As per publication schedule (communicated separately)
• Support Responses: Within 24-48 hours

8. No Physical Shipping

We do not provide physical shipping of any materials. All services, certificates, and documents are delivered digitally. If you require a physical copy of your certificate, you may print the digital version provided to you.

9. Delivery Confirmation

You will receive confirmation for all deliveries:

• Email confirmation when certificates are sent
• Notification when platform access is granted
• Confirmation when documents are uploaded to your dashboard

10. Redelivery

If you need documents to be resent:

• Provide your registration details and specify what needs to be resent
• Redelivery is typically processed within 24-48 hours
• There is no charge for redelivery of previously issued documents
