At Axiora Careers, we strive to provide high-quality services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our paid services.

2. Free Services

Our basic internship programs are offered free of charge. Since no payment is required for these services, refund requests do not apply to free services.

3. Paid Services and Certifications

For paid services, including premium certifications and additional career support:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase
  • Refunds are only applicable if the service has not been delivered or accessed
  • Once a certificate has been issued or service has been provided, refunds will not be granted
  • Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion

4. Conditions for Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Service Not Delivered: If we fail to provide the service you paid for
  • Technical Issues: If technical problems on our end prevent you from accessing the service
  • Duplicate Payment: If you were charged multiple times for the same service
  • Cancellation Before Service Delivery: If you cancel before the service has been provided

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following situations:

  • After a certificate has been issued and delivered
  • After you have accessed or downloaded course materials or resources
  • If you fail to complete program requirements or assessments
  • If your access is revoked due to violation of our Terms & Conditions
  • Change of mind after service delivery
  • After the 7-day refund request window has expired

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your enrollment or service at any time:

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing to support@axioracareers.cloud
  • Cancellations before service delivery may be eligible for a full refund
  • Cancellations after service delivery are not eligible for refunds
  • We reserve the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances

7. Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
  • Bank processing times may vary and are beyond our control

  2. Include your full name, email address, and transaction details
  3. Provide a clear explanation of why you are requesting a refund
